Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing – Jenny Sheppard

This notice is required to be given under the Equestrian Australia Disciplinary Tribunal Procedure and Protocol and the Equestrian Australia Disciplinary Bylaws.

On 12 January 2016, the Tribunal acting in accordance with the Equestrian Australia Disciplinary Tribunal Procedure and Protocol and the Equestrian Australia Disciplinary Bylaws (By-Laws), determined that Ms Jenny Sheppard had offended under clause 17 (l) of the By-Laws, by making inappropriate statements to an official at a Jumping competition.

The Tribunal considered the offence and determined the penalty to be a warning only.
