To this end, National Federations should ensure that Official Veterinarians asked to fill in the FEI Injury and Illness Reporting Form for each injured horse at events submit the completed document to FEI HQ within 72 hrs. It must be accompanied by the Veterinary Report, as stipulated by Article 1036 of the FEI Veterinary Regulations.
