Equestrian NSW Announces “Leg Up” Plan
Equestrian NSW are today excited to announce in conjunction with the running of our 2020-21 AGM, the launch of our 2022 Strategic Plan, also known as the 'Leg Up.'
Our Board has recognised the increased need to have a strong and innovative plan to move our organisation forward. The 2022 Equestrian NSW Strategic Plan is based on community and collaboration and placing safety and horse welfare at the centre of everything we do. Key objectives include improving safety across all disciplines, appointing a Chief Governance Officer and Education Manager and providing a framework to enable the disciplines, coaches, officials and clubs to work together and share resources. This will allow Equestrian NSW to deliver more effective and valued programs to members.
